Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If something doesn't fit or isn't quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- For convenience, a prepaid return shipping label is included in every package. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected
In-person returns are also accepted within 14 days by arrangement — please reach out to schedule.
Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped
Vintage & Handmade Items
All vintage pieces are pre-owned and carry the beautiful imperfections that come with age and history. Each item is carefully inspected, cleaned, and repaired where possible before listing. However, some vintage characteristics — minor variations in color, subtle wear, small repairs, or faint marks — are inherent to the nature of vintage textiles and part of what makes each piece unique.
We do our best to document any notable flaws in each listing description and photos. Please review these carefully before purchasing, as they are considered part of the item's character rather than defects.
Handmade pieces are crafted from vintage and repurposed textiles. Natural variations in the fabric — including weave, texture, and color — are expected and celebrated.
Care Instructions
Care instructions specific to each garment are noted in the individual listing. As a general guide:
- Vintage and delicate fabrics should always be hand washed in cold water or dry cleaned
- Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or machine washing unless specifically noted
- Steam rather than iron where possible to preserve fabric integrity
- When in doubt, less is more — gentle handling extends the life of vintage pieces
