Cross-Stitch Linen Tunic
Made from a vintage linen tablecloth, this tunic showcases spectacular hand cross-stitch in two shades of pink. The back is cut long to preserve the full floral cross-stitch motif, giving the piece its tunic length. The original scalloped tablecloth edge becomes the front closure and hem, overlapped in alternating directions for a playful, asymmetric detail. Vintage rhinestone buttons, sourced from Britex Fabrics in San Francisco, finish the front, while a vintage silk kimono fabric accents the back yoke and sleeve bias tape. Cap sleeves, pointed collar.
